There is no point in having art that you do not like or that was damaging in shipping. I carry insurance on my art while in transit, so we can verify damage by the carrier if this is the scenario. Please retain all packaging if damaged by the carrier.
Please contact me upon receipt of the artwork at [email protected] to coordinate the return of the item, if you are not delighted. Refunds for my original art are limited to 5 days from receipt and cover the cost of the artwork and shipping if shipping was charged during purchase.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds for original art will depend on the method used to purchase the art. We will coordinate your refund via the payment service; Square.
Your payment is refunded to your debit card or credit card. it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
